Stegosaurus Figurine

Travel back 150 million years to the Late Jurassic period with the Stegosaurus figurine. This impressive herbivore is easily recognized by the double row of fiery red bony plates along its back and the four sharp spikes on its tail. Known as a "roof lizard," this ancient beast once roamed through North America, munching on low lying ferns and using its powerful thagomizer tail to fend off a hungry Allosaurus. Young paleontologists can explore the realistic yellowish lizard skin texture and learn how this massive four-ton dinosaur navigated its environment with a brain only the size of a walnut. This durable model is perfect for Montessori learning, helping children study unique anatomy like the parrotlike beak and the small rocks it swallowed to help with digestion. Whether grazing in a playroom jungle or defending its herd in a backyard adventure, this high-quality toy encourages screen free fun and imaginative storytelling. It is an ideal birthday gift or Christmas present for any child ready to build their own prehistoric world. Measures 7 inches.
